Language of These Terms

The official version of these Terms is the Japanese version. If translations are prepared in languages other than Japanese and any discrepancy or inconsistency arises between the Japanese version and a translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Overview

This service is a platform that allows users to create and publish guide plans, and enables other users to reserve and purchase them. We provide the platform only and are not a party to any agreement between guide providers and guide participants.

User Responsibilities

Users must comply with our separately established Guidelines and provide accurate information regarding the guide plans they publish. Any disputes arising between users shall be resolved by the parties involved at their own responsibility and expense.

Age Restrictions

The minimum age required to use this service varies depending on the country or region where the guide plan takes place. Users who do not meet the applicable age requirement may not buy or sell guide plans.

Personal Information

Personal information shall be handled in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

Violations of laws or regulations, posting false information, impersonation, nuisance behavior, harassment, fraud, solicitation of sexual services, violent conduct, discriminatory speech or behavior, interference with business operations, unauthorized access to systems, collection of other users' personal information, providing benefits to anti-social organizations, encouraging registration or payments outside the service, and any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us.

Account Suspension

If a user violates any prohibited conduct set forth in these Terms, we may, without prior notice, remove guide plans, cancel scheduled or ongoing guides, suspend the user's account, or take any other action deemed necessary.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. However, account deletion may not be available if the user has confirmed or ongoing guide schedules.

Content Ownership

Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective users. However, users grant us a royalty-free license to use such content to the extent necessary for operating and improving the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms when necessary. Any revised Terms shall become effective when posted on this service. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or other appropriate means, we are not obligated to do so.

Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of this service at our discretion. If the service is terminated, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance or announce it through the service.

No Assignment

Users may not assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of their contractual position, rights, or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.

Business Transfer

If we transfer the business related to this service to a third party, we may transfer our contractual position, rights, obligations, and user information under these Terms to the transferee. Users hereby consent to such transfer in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service. If we are found liable for damages, our liability shall be limited to the total amount of service fees paid by the user to us during the preceding 12 months. We make no guarantees regarding the content, quality, safety, or accuracy of guide plans provided by users. We are not responsible for disputes between users.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall remain enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and any unenforceable portion shall be severed. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Cooperation with Authorities

We may disclose personal information, usage history, and other relevant data when required by law, court order, requests from law enforcement agencies, or other legitimate legal procedures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
